Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with delightful little amenities that enhanced my stay, although some room aspects could have been improved considering its 4-star status. I appreciated the complimentary allocated parasol and sun loungers, as well as the enjoyable jacuzzi experience. The service provided a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, with helpful recommendations for activities and sightseeing, although terrace reservation rules were enforced strictly. The location, while not ideal due to its distance from Savona City center and industrial surroundings, did offer direct access to the beach and still within walking distance to town. The dining experience, although serving delicious Italian products, was somewhat modest for a 4-star establishment, with room for enhancement in breakfast options. The facilities overall were satisfactory, meeting basic needs without any standout features.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms facing the main road were small and lacked decoration, which was a downside. However, the service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. The location, although right on the beach, was far from the city center, which was a bit disappointing. The dining options were decent but nothing extraordinary.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite a few drawbacks. The modern room, facing a car garage and a busy street, was nice but a bit warm inside and close to a banging door. The service was generally helpful, with exceptions here and there, but the check-in lady was great. The location right on the Mediterranean with beautiful terraced spaces for dining was a highlight, although I was prepared to stay within the property. The dining experience was lovely in the pleasant seaside restaurant with traditional bread. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
The hotel has a funky and hip lobby and pool area, but the rooms are a bit old and tired. The large bedroom offers a great view of the main road, but overall, they are rather basic.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nicely located outside with a stunning sea view, but choosing a room overlooking the street side meant noise from the hills. The service was top-notch, extremely friendly and pet-friendly, making the whole experience pleasurable. The location, although convenient to the highway and restaurant, might require a car for a more enjoyable stay. Dining was most enjoyable, especially with a beautiful sea view, offering an impressive array of fresh foods. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, offering everything one needs for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers amazing and spacious rooms that were very clean, but they had an old 70's style which didn't quite match the hip and funky lobby and pool area. The service was top-notch, very helpful, and friendly, although a loud cleaning interruption was a minor inconvenience. The location is very nice with good ambiance, even though it may not be the prettiest. Dining was exceptional with a variety of fresh foods, except for a small downside. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor room decor issues to consider.
